Dr. Alia Dietsch is an assistant professor in the School of Environment and Natural Resources at The Ohio State University.  Her research primarily focuses on applying theories and methodologies of social psychology to understanding human values, attitudes, and behaviors in the context of wildlife management and management of public lands.  Alia has focused on human-wildlife conflict, carnivore management, endangered species management, public trust of governing institutions, and other topics closely aligned with state and federal natural resource agencies in the interest of informing their planning, management and communication efforts.
